Q: Where can I get koozie pricing?
A: Go to Pricing There you will find pricing on many different quantities of koozies.
Q: Do you have a minimum order for koozies?
A: If you are ordering from our Custom Shopping system we do have a minimum of 12 koozies. However if you go to our Shopping Cart there is no minimum order there.
Q: Can I personalize 1 koozie on this site?
A: Yes you can! Go to Shopping Then, pick your koozie type. On the next page click on Personalize a koozie. Then pick your image you want to personalize, type in the name(s) and date(s) that apply and there you go. A personalized koozie for no set up fees and no minimum order.
Q: Is there a set up fee?
A: There is only a set up fee ($40) if you are supplying your own art work. If you use one of our stock images and simply insert the names and dates that you need there is NO CHARGE.
Q: What if I need more koozies with my same logo, is there another set up fee?
A: No set up fee is charged if you use your same logo again when ordering custom koozies. You can even have us change the dates (If applicable) on your logo for no charge.
Q: Can I have assorted colors of koozies? Is there an extra charge?
A: Yes you can choose assorted colors of koozies and there is No Extra Charge. You can even tell us which colors you don't want in our Custom Shopping System.
Q: How long will it take after placing my order to receive my koozies?
A: Our typical turnaround time is 3 weeks.
Q: Can I rush my order?
A: Yes you can rush your order when ordering from our Custom Shopping System. You have 2 choices to speed up your order. You may choose a 2 week turn around or a 1 week turn around, depending on how quick you need your koozies.
Q: When rushing my order can I upgrade my shipping?
A: Yes, we suggest that if you are rushing your order that you upgrade your shipping to make sure that you get your koozies on time. There are 3 choices to choose from in our Custom Shopping system.
Q: How many colors can I have in my logo?
A: You can have as many colors as you wish. There is No Extra Charge.
Q: Do you sell Blank Koozies?
A: Yes we do. Just visit our Custom Shopping system to find pricing and to place your order.
Q: Can I get a proof of what my art work will look like on a koozie?
A: Yes you can! We will be happy to email you a proof of your art work AFTER you have placed an order with us.
